Simple Pillow Frame

Supplies Needed:  Paint Shop Pro 7 or

Suitable image

1.  Pick a dark and a light color from your image.  I used #BF7B58 for my dark color and for my light color I used #FEDEAE.

2.  Add a 3px white border on your image, select it with magic wand and flood fill it with your dark color, leave border selected.

3.  Invert selection and use the following cut out: 

4.  Select none.

5.  Add a 3px border using your light contrasting color and using the magic wand select it and put the following inner bevel on your border:

6.  Select none.

7.  Add a 3px white border on your image, select it with magic wand and flood fill it with your dark color.  Select none.

8.  Add a 3px border using your light color and using the magic wand select it and put the same inner bevel as in step four.  Select none.

9.  Add a 25px border and flood fill with your dark color.

10.  Select border and add noise, for psp 7 it would be 15 uniform: 

11.  Inner Bevel:  

12.  Select none.

13.  Add a 3px border and flood fill it with white, select with magic wand and then flood fill with your dark color.

14.  Repeat inner bevel from step four. Select none and your finished.  Decorate with fancy corners if you wish.  Here is a example with corners:
