Supplies Needed:

PSP 8 - Free Trial Version, Click "Here"

1.  Open up a 200 x 200 transparent image

2.  Pick a dark color for your foreground color - mine is #47484C

3.  Pick a lighter color for your background color - mine is #DAD9DE

4.  Set your foreground color to gradient and use the following settings - Foreground-background, angle 45, repeats 12 and flood fill image with gradient.

5.  Add noise to make it glitter more...if you prefer shiny leave this step out:

6.  Effects, Image Effects, Seamless Tiling with your PSP 8 program:

7.  This is what mine looked like, 1st one with noise, 2nd one without noise:

8.  Pick any color that you want from your image, one light and one dark and you have endless possibilities to make any glitter you wish.  Here is a couple more samples:
