Eye
Candy 3.1 or Eye Candy 4000
1.
Open up a 100 x 100 transparent image and flood
fill it with a light color. In this example I used: #E7A274.
2. Image
Add Borders 50 with a dark color. I used: #462409.
3. Open up
your Eye Candy Program, Weave. I am using Eye Candy 4000 but can be done
with both.
Use the
following settings: Ribbon Width = 1.58 or if using
eye candy 3.1 use 2. Gap Width = 0, Shadow Strength
= 8, Thread Detail = 52, Thread Length = 62.00, tick Smear
Ribbon.
No need to
use seamless tile as it should be already.

Using your background tile from the above tutorial go into
Unplugged Effects - Tangent Deform with the following
settings:
This might
look different then your filter as I have mine in Filters
Unlimited Program.
5.
Effects, Image Effects, Seamless Tiling with the following
settings: Mirror, Bi-directional, Horizontal Offset
1, Vertical Offset 1, Width 79. You could use Simple
Quick tile but it will give it a slightly different
effect.
